Historical Actions:
Stimulates mucous membrane secretions; expectorant. Topical anti fungal.
Historical Uses:
Sluggish mucous membranes; general atonic conditions of sinuses, lungs and bronchi, (esp. in harsh, dry coughs). Sluggish capillary circulation of skin, and cold extremities. Topically against ring worms or worts.
Cautions:
Do not take undiluted. Do not use if stomach irritation, nausea, vomiting or other distressful symptoms occur. Do not use during pregnancy or nursing.
